The Stabilizer manufactured by our factory has three types according to its body/mandrel: 1. Integral Stabilizer 2. Integral Mandrel Sleeve Stabilizer 3. Two Piece Mandrel Sleeve Stabilizer The body (or mandrel) is made of modified alloy steel, and fully heat treated for prospective hardness, strength and impact strength. Through ultrasonic testing and magnetic testing, it is proved up to flowing grade. Material 40CrMnMo(4145H) 4145H Mod Hardness HB290-340 Strength b b≥965 Mpa (D2<160mm) b b≥931 Mpa (D2>160mm) Impact strength AK≥54J The connections are up to API standard,which have stress relief grooves and are cold rolled. The flank of thread is phosphatized or plated copper, coated with thread dope and equipped with thread protectors. It is mainly the spiral blades (usually three blades, also can be four blades under the customers' require) , which rub against the borehole wall. The working surface of the blades is hard faced. It is preferred operation that tungsten carbide inserts are cold inserted into the working surface of blades including its bevels. Braze welding tungsten carbide grains are also adopted according to customers' require. The mechanical performances of the stabilizer are complied with API Spec.7. On inquiries and orders please specify: Hole size and type of stabilizer (string or near-bit); Drill collar ID and OD; Connections type and size; API stress relief groove; Open or tight design; Right or left hand spiral; Hard facing type; Float valve and hole.

Integral Spiral Blades Stabilizer Based on the installation place, this stabilizer can be divided into two types: String type and Near-bit type. Built with inserted round carbide in spiral ribs,the product is outstanding by its high hardness, good toughness and powerful wear resistance, as well as its long service life.

Stabilizer with Rollers (Rotary Reamer)/ Tricorn Reamer Rotary Reamer is designed for various reams in drilling operation. Especially it can perform the double functions of centralization and reaming when drilling in very abrasive formations. This is a versatile tool which can be used for different hole sizes ranging from 4-5/8"to 26"by selecting proper rollers and simply adjust the blocks. In addition, its service life can be extended by replacing new rollers when the old rollers are worn and become smaller. The body is made of modified alloy steel, fully heat treated to 285~341 Brinell hardness and 54J minimum impact strength. Connections are phosphatized, coated with thread dope and equipped with thread protectors, and are accord with API standard. Three different types (T, F and B) of rollers are offered: Type T: Milled, machined with sharp hard faced teeth, for soft formations. Type F: Milled, machined with flat hard faced teeth, for medium hard formations. Type B: Equipped with pressed-in tungsten carbide buttons, for hard formations.
